We started Manchester Removals to make moving feel personal again — the right team for your move, people who fit how you like to do things, across the city and into Europe.
Manchester is a young, busy, varied city, and the moves we do reflect it. In a single week we might carry a couple out of a fifth-floor flat in Ancoats, run a man-and-van job across to Chorlton, clear a student house in Fallowfield at the end of term, and load a whole home bound for Spain. No two are the same — so we don’t treat them the same.
The idea behind us is simple: the right team for your move. That means matching the crew, the van and the plan to what you’re moving and how you like to do things — a careful, quiet job for a delicate home; an early start or a weekend if that suits you; the right size team so nothing is over- or under-done.
Storage is a big part of it too — space is always tight in a city — so self-storage, student storage and container storage sit alongside the moving, with the option to move and store in one booking. And when people leave Manchester for good, we go with them: UK-wide and into France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
